New Horizons Regional Education Center provides Technical Training that Enhances Career Development

Apprenticeship Training is for individuals employed in the construction industry seeking to achieve journeyman or licensure status. Individuals are enrolled with the Department of Labor and Industry and frequently receive employer financial assistance.

Typically this is a two- to four-year program that is frequently sponsored by area employers. The programs are similar in nature to OJT programs, but are more structured and of longer duration.
