Develop Custom Training Programs That Create Competitive Advantage

The Peninsula Council for Workforce Development is committed to assisting area employers in your efforts to create and sustain competitive advantage. Through the capabilities of its Workforce Development Partners, Thomas Nelson Community College and New Horizon's Regional Education Center, the Council assists with the development and distribution of training programs that raise employee productivity and production quality.

Following an exploratory meeting with Council staff, your company will work with training courseware developers to create effective, multi-media training programs that motivate your employees to develop critical skills or techniques.  If training must be delivered in more than one location, the Council can assist by placing your training program online with our Global Learning Systems.  Fees for these services are determined on a case by case basis.

If you are committed to developing the capabilities of your most important resource, contact the Council using our convenient e-form. A member of our staff will contact you to arrange an exploratory meeting.
