Educational Partners

The Council works closely with a large number of educational service providers, from pre-school and day-care service providers to four-year colleges and a variety of personal services educators.  To a great extent, workforce development is the science of linking personal education and development providers with those who are working to improve their employability.  Any educators and personal coaching providers serving the Peninsula are welcome to list their services and advertise on the Peninsula Council for Workforce Development site.  This listing does not constitute an endorsement by the Council.  We encourage those seeking to develop their professional skills to research the training providers and their curriculae carefully prior to any engagement.

Submit a Training Progam for Listing or Approval

The Peninsula Council for Workforce Development utilizes training services in conjunction with our Guided Search program.  To qualify, a training provider must demonstrate that the coursework can prepare a job seeker to find and secure skills of value for the seeker's chosen career path.  The Council will evaluate training programs that have been submitted for approval by the provider and identify those programs that may be selected by Guided Search Job Seekers for PCFWD training grants.  Those training programs are identified as approved in the Search Results returned to job seekers in their module of the site

The Council invites training service providers and facilitators of all types to submit their training programs for inclusion using the Training Program Listing e-form below.  To submit a training program for approval for our Guided Search program, please complete the Training Program Approval Submission e-form at the bottom of this page.  Both inclusion and approval are at the sole discretion of the Peninsula Council for Workforce Development.  Additional information can be found under the Council's Terms of Service policy which can be accessed by the link on the bottom-of-page navigation that appears on every page.

Training Programs play a critical role in preparing members of the Penisula workforce for the next rung on their career ladders.  If your training programs can assist our guided search clients, they may be eligible for training vouchers to help them afford the skills you provide.  If you have a fundamental workforce skills training program, you may submit them for approval using the e-form below.  A member of the One Stop Staff will contact you shortly.
