New Horizons Regional Education Center provides Technical Training that Enhances Career Development

 

 

Skills Certificate

Conducted during the summer, this skills training program prepares those with GED and High School Diplomas for an entry-level position in the construction industry. Financial Assistance may be possible from employers

Skills training program to include (94 hours):

  • OSHA Certificate (10 hours)
  • Workplace Skills (18 hours)
  • Skill Training in three of the following: general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, concrete finishing (66 hours)
