Customer Service Training Seminars
A program of the Hospitality Industry Cluster
The Hospitality Cluster of the Peninsula Council for Workforce Development (PCFWD) along with its partners - Hampton Convention and Visitor Bureau, Newport News Tourism Development Office and Newport News Hospitality Association - holds a customer service training seminars each spring and fall.
The Seminars are designed to provide training to those who serve our visitors at our various tourist attractions, hotels and restaurants in Greater Peninsula region.
