State and Federal Partners

The Peninsula Council for Workforce Development is part of a large statewide network of state partners called the Virginal Workforce Centers.  This network was created and empowered through the Federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) which supports local areas to provide “one-stop” career centers and employment and training services to its citizens.  Meet our state and federal partners that contribute to this mission and support the Council's work.
